Professional Agency Partnerships & Multi-Agency Collaboration in Southampton

At ReConnect, we are proud to work alongside a wide range of professional agencies to provide integrated, holistic support to individuals, children, young people, and families across Southampton and the South Coast. With over 30 years of experience, we understand the importance of strong, collaborative relationships between services. Our trauma-informed, person-centred approach is complemented by effective communication with schools, GPs, local authorities, and other mental health professionals.
